Harvard Divinity School
Structures North completed a structural inspection and evaluation of all six historic structures on the Harvard Divinity School campus which include Divinity Hall, Andover Hall, Andover Library, the Center for Study of World Religions, the Jewett House and the Carriage House. Written reports were completed describing all noted conditions and recommended repairs observed on the buildings. To supplement the reports, elevations were completed for the buildings with noted conditions shown. An Excel spreadsheet was also created which lists all noted conditions and repairs based on the priority level to complete the work and the estimated cost of construction. The Harvard Divinity School Facilities Department is now using this as the basis of their capital planning for exterior repair of the buildings.
In the years following the completion of the written report and documents, Structures North has designed and detailed the repairs to be completed during that phase of work. The construction administration services have also been completed by Structures North during each phase of work.
